Glass processing tailored to each project.
Shape, dimensions, finishes and intended use determine the operations needed to integrate the glass correctly into the finished product.

Dimensions and shapes tailored to the project.
Glass is cut to the required dimensions according to drawings, measurements and the final application.
We prepare both simple shapes and components adapted to the geometry of the product.
Finishing the edges of glass.
After cutting, the glass edges are finished to achieve the required appearance and prepare the glass for its final application.
Grinding
Smooths and finishes the glass edge after cutting.
Polishing
Creates a smooth, transparent edge finish for applications where the edge of the glass remains visible.
Extra strength where the application requires it.
Toughening subjects the glass to controlled heating and cooling, increasing its mechanical and thermal strength.
If broken, toughened glass shatters into small pieces, reducing the risk of serious injury.
Your design, printed on glass.
Digital ceramic printing customises glass for interiors and exterior architecture. The printed design is tailored to the dimensions, intended use and requirements of the project, for decorative panels, large glazed surfaces and other applications.
Ceramic inks are fused into the glass at high temperatures during the toughening process. The result is durable decoration resistant to UV radiation and weathering, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Photographs, textures, geometric patterns and logos
Combinations of printed and transparent areas
Decorative applications for interiors and exteriors
This is where the finished product begins.
Once processed, the glass is ready to be integrated into shower enclosures, doors, partitions, balustrades, canopies and other bespoke glass products.
